30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unopened products must be in their original packaging
- Opened products are eligible if you have used no more than 50% of the contents
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or refund, please:
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Our support team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the product back to our designated return address (provided in the return instructions)
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- The original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product)
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
- We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- A replacement product or full refund (including original shipping) will be issued promptly
5. Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item at no charge.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products returned after the 30-day return window
- Products with more than 50% of contents used
- Products not purchased directly from our official channels
- Gift cards or promotional items
7. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary

9. Shipping Policy Summary
- United States: Standard shipping 5-7 business days. Free shipping on orders over $35.
- Latin America: International shipping 7-15 business days. Shipping rates calculated at checkout.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.
- Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
